Geared specifically towards teens, this session is sure to be a smash! Our actors will prepare for our final presentation of this recent Tony nominated Broadway Musical based on the highly successful movie. As well as rehearsals, actors are involved in fun and informative workshops which includes, dramatic acting, musical theatre performance and Broadway dance. Actors enrolled in this program must have completed Grade 6. (Maximum 20 Students)

Session two is designed specifically for actors ages 7-14. Students will take part of a stage version of this immensely popular TV musical which stars the Jonas Brothers. Exploring musical theatre in a fun and energetic environment our Actors will participate in workshops in musical theatre performance, Broadway dance and dramatic acting. Actors enrolled in this program must have completed grade 2 and completing Grade 9. (Maximum 20 Students)

• All students MUST be the correct age and Grade to enter either of the programs. Sorry no exceptions.
• For session 1: Students must be at least 11 years old at time of registration and completing Grade 6 and 17 completing Grade 11 for the older ones
• For Session 2: Students must be at least 7 and/or completing Grade 2
• This is an indoor camp specializing in the performing arts. Our students do go outdoors at lunch for some fresh air. During they day they remain in our air conditioned facility.
• Campers bring their own lunch.
• Two snacks per day is provided.
• All campers are asked to bring labeled bottles of water.
• In order to secure a spot, all applications must be accompanied by two cheques.
• Aftercare is available by request.
• There are no extra costs to the course
• All performances will take place in our Yonge Street Studio. Each group performs a matinee and evening performance on the last day of camp.
• As of July 1st 2013, The Children’s Theatre Project will be operating in its brand new location at 10165 Yonge Street Unit 7 L4C-1T5. The school is situated in the plaza that houses the Richmond Hill Grill. Located between Arnold and Centre Streets past Major Mackenzie in Richmond Hill ON. Ample parking is on Church Street at the back of the plaza. You will see our sign when driving into the rear parking lot. From the parking lot we are located on the second floor and on the main floor when entering from Yonge Street. All applications prior to July 1st 2013 should be submitted to our current location at 9737 Yonge Street Unit 102 Richmond Hill, On L4C-1V7.
